Search Engine Optimization, or SEO in Bellingham, WA presents it’s own interesting set of challenges. For instance, this post is directly targeting the term ‘SEO Bellingham WA‘. This is evident by the title and the repetition of the keyword phrase within the text. With that being said, I’m trying not to overdue it in order to keep the text legible and flowing. In addition to this, this post contains useful content for the reader, not random gibberish that would force the reader to think, ‘what is he getting at?’
To sum up, keep your on-site SEO for your local Bellingham WA business discreet. Provide quality content, not spammy, SEO rich, useless verbiage. Try to think, ‘if I were to be reading this post, would I read the entire thing?’ If the answer is no, then rethink your post / page / SEO strategy. Some keyword terms are difficult to fit into the sentence format, for instance the keyword which I’m targeting, ‘SEO Bellingham WA’. The reason I’m targeting this is because it is a search term that could be used by a potential client. With that being said, it is difficult to have the term flow naturally in a sentence. For that reason, I don’t force it where it doesn’t belong. I take subtle steps as to not throw off the reader with random words that have no meaning.

Jason: It’s a common trait, so don’t beat yourself up over it. Just try to remember that human readable content is more important than SEO content. This will only serve to become more and more important as Search Engines evolve.
